Our story, step by step

  1. 2018 · Founded in Kyiv, Ukraine

    Our founder Arar Guliyev moved from Azerbaijan to Ukraine and went through every document, queue and rule of immigration himself. In 2018 he registered our first company in Kyiv to help others do the same: first students from Africa and Asia coming to study in Ukraine, then more and more people looking for legal work in Europe.

  3. 2026 · Licensed for employment mediation

    The Slovak authorities granted us a trade licence for employment mediation. Here is what it means for you:

    • We connect you with a European employer we have vetted. You sign your employment contract directly with that employer and become their own employee.
    • We are not a temporary staffing agency and we never put you on our own payroll. That is a different licence, and our work does not need it.
    • We prepare your documents and prepare you for the interview. Your work permit is issued by the government, and the visa decision is made by the embassy.

Our first company was registered in Kyiv, Ukraine, on 20 September 2018. In 2024 we registered our EU company in Slovakia. The same founder, Arar Guliyev, is listed in both registries.

Our licence is for employment mediation: we connect you with an employer, and you sign your employment contract directly with them. A temporary staffing licence is for companies that employ workers themselves. We don't do that, so we don't need it.
