A residence permit in Ukraine can be acquired based on a complete documents package that includes a work permit and proves the availability of the legal grounds for immigration. 1. Initial consultation stage: passport scan with personal and address data (pages shall be fully visible), scan copy of all Ukrainian visa or border stamps, if any

2. Essential Paperwork stage: notary copy of your passport and the notary power of attorney are apostiled and sent to us via courier.

• Contract Signing & Prepayment

  We prepare the contract and invoice for signing and you make the necessary prepayment

• Essential Paperwork

  Notary copy of your passport and the notary power of attorney are apostiled and sent to us via courier. We start our work after receiving them, by making document notary translation into Ukrainian, applying for Tax ID and company registration.

• Work Permit Issuance

  We apply for a work permit and get issued by the State Employment Center

• Visa Application Docs Delivery

  We prepare all necessary documents (including the work permit) for the embassy application and them to you for the visa D-4 process.

• Arrival to Ukraine & Postpayment

  You travel to Ukraine and we meet you at the airport, the postpayment is made.

• TRP Issuance

  We help you apply for the temporary residence permit and assist you in making address registration after receiving it.
