Required documents

1. Initial consultation stage: passport scan with personal and address data (pages shall be fully visible), photo copy of all Ukrainian visa or border stamps, if any. Photo copies of your diploma (high school or higher) along with the grades.

2. University Admission stage: notary copy of your passport and diploma (high school or higher), grades – all verified by apostle

Work procedure

• Your Request

  You make a request to us and we collect your contact information

• Free Consultation

  Free consultation is provided by us via email and, if needed, we will arrange a conference call to finalize the negotiations

• Contract Signing & Prepayment

  We prepare the contract and invoice for signing and you make the necessary prepayment

• Study Invitation Issuance

  You send us photo copies of your passport, diploma (high school or higher) along with the grades. You also need to fill out, sign and send us additional forms. We start our work after receiving them, by applying for and getting the official study invitation.

• Visa Application Docs Delivery

  Official study invitation is sent to you via courier (delivery cost is not included) and you use them to apply for the study visa.

• Arrival to Ukraine & Postpayment

  After getting the study visa you travel to Ukraine and we meet you at the airport, the postpayment is made.

• TRP Issuance

  We help you apply for the temporary residence permit and assist you in making address registration after receiving it.
